Natural factors
- The production zone coincides with the whole of Sardegna (24,090 km²), the second-largest island in the Mediterranean, lying entirely within the Mediterranean climatic zone.
- The Maestrale is the dominant wind over the island, a fundamental natural component of the Sardinian climate in all seasons.
- No inland point is more than 53 km from the sea: the climate never takes on a continental character, with mild temperatures and modest diurnal temperature variation.
Product characteristics
- Brilliant straw yellow in colour; aromatic and delicate on the nose; sweet and fruity on the palate, characteristic of Moscato. (via Wikipedia · CC BY-SA 4.0)
