• The tannin content of the red wines is relatively low, and the appellation produces both light, long-flavoured whites and heavy, full-bodied, full whites, as well as rosés and Sillers with a rich flavour profile.

• The wines of the appellation are characterised by vibrant acidity and lingering flavours, ensured by cool nights brought by mountain winds following warm summer and autumn days, which preserve primary fruit aromas and delicate acids.
