- The climate is умереноконтинентален; temperature sum Apr.–Oct. 3500–3600 °C, rainfall approx. 640 mm.
- Soils: канелена горска почва and alluvial-meadow, moderately deep, with gravelly deposits in places.
- Predominantly west-to-east air currents favour the accumulation of aromas in the grapes.
Human factors
- Maximum yield 9,000 kg/ha; extraction rate: red wines — 65 l/100 kg of grapes, white and rosé — 60 l/100 kg.
Product characteristics
- White wines: golden with greenish hues, aromas of apple and aromatic herbs, balanced and fresh on the palate.
- Red wines: intense colour, fruity aromas of red fruits, full-bodied, fresh and soft on the palate.
