- The vineyards lie on loamy-stony sediments of granite weathering products, occasionally also on crystalline schists.
- Granite soils exhibit a deficiency of phosphorus, magnesium, and trace elements (copper, zinc, chromium, nickel, lead, vanadium).
Human factors
- The production process is based on a purposeful blend of varietal wines and the addition of concentrated must according to an internal standard adopted from the Šebo and Záruba families.
Product characteristics
- Colour depends on the variety: white wine displays light shades of yellow and green, rosé wine ranges from pink to orange-pink.
