The vineyards are located in the southeastern part of the Дунавска равнина hilly plain at 200–250 m above sea level.
Умереноконтинентален климат with sea breezes: the Kamchia and Vrana rivers shape a distinctive microclimate.
Mean annual rainfall 590 mm; temperature sum (Apr.–Oct.) 3,650–3,900 °C; mean July temperature 21–22 °C.
Soils are predominantly grey forest, sandy-clay in texture.
