Product characteristics
- Aromatic profile: notes of cherry, vanilla, dried fruits, and raisins derived from extended, intensely oxidative ageing.
- Palate structure with high alcohol (17–19%) and residual sugar (130–140 g/L), with a character that develops through oxidative evolution.
