- The vineyards lie at the foot of the southern slopes of Средна гора, at 170–260 m above sea level, with an inclination of 3°–6°.
- Умереноконтинентален климат; Средна гора blocks cold northern airflows and ensures ventilation during summer.
- Soils: deluvial-stony, alluvial-deluvial meadow, and leached канелена горска почва, medium to heavy sandy-clay in texture.
- Annual precipitation 510–625 mm; heat summation (>10 °C, Apr.–Oct.) is 3,815 °C; mean daily temperature of the warmest month 23 °C.
Product characteristics
- Intensely coloured red wines with aromas of red fruits and spice.
- The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with perceptible resinous notes and a persistent finish.

- Средна гора blocks cold northern airflows and ensures ventilation — a direct prerequisite for the ripening of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
- Deluvial-stony and leached канелена горска почва soils contribute a velvety, full-bodied palate with resinous notes in the red wines.
