• The vineyards lie in the northern part of the Дунавска равнина hilly plain, at 150–300 m above sea level.
• Annual rainfall is 550–600 mm; the mean daily temperature of the warmest month is 23.6 °C.
• Soils: typical and calcareous чернозем, dark grey and grey forest soils, slightly to moderately eroded.
• The карбонат-rich черноземи shape fruity aromas, a smooth palate, and a soft finish.

• Permitted varieties: whites — Chardonnay; reds and rosé — Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Гъмза.
• Vineyards are pruned using a mixed and short system, with a load of up to 54 buds per vine and a maximum of 450 vines per decare.

• White wines: fruity aromas with an emphasis on citrus fruit, a balanced, fresh, and harmonious palate.
• Red wines: nuances of sweet spice, soft tannins, a subtle hint of oak, and a fruity finish.
