Terroir

• The vineyards are situated in the central part of the northern zone of the Danubian hilly plain, on the bank of the Danube.
• The climate is typically temperate-continental, characterised by cold winters and hot, dry summers.
• The relief is predominantly gently rolling, with rounded landforms and elevations ranging from 50 to 330 metres above sea level.
• The total heat summation for the period with mean daily temperatures above 10 °C, spanning April to October, is approximately 4,020 °C, and the mean daily temperature of the warmest month is 22.3 °C.
• Soil types include calcareous chernozems, podzolised chernozems, typical chernozems of varying depth, and dark grey forest soils of varying degrees of erosion and texture.

• Training systems used in the vineyards are Umbrella, Moser, and mid-trunk double-arm cordon, with pruning that is mixed and short, carrying a load of up to 54 buds per vine.

• The white wines are distinguished by intensely expressed fruit aromas with delicate floral nuances, while the palate is full-bodied, fruity, concentrated, and fresh.
