Terroir

• Умереноконтинентален климат of the sub-Balkan valleys: mild winters and relatively hot summers.
• The local wind „бора" — a characteristic climatic factor for the Sliven region.

• The vineyards lie at the foot of the southern slopes of Mount Grebenets — the beginning of the Eastern Стара планина.

• Permitted varieties for red/rosé: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Памид, and Шевка; for white: Ркацители, Chardonnay, Димят, Aligoté, and others.

• White wines: fruity and floral aromas, elegant body, freshness, and a long varietal finish.
• Red wines: intense aromas of red forest fruits and spices, balanced structure, fresh, slightly astringent, full, and soft palate.

• Deluvial and канелена горска почва soils are identified as the principal soil types associated with viticulture in the ЗНП 'Сливен' zone.
