Terroir

• Vineyard elevation ranges from 10 m in the lowlands to 700 m on Mount Helikon (Valley of the Muses).
• μεσογειακό κλίμα: mean annual temperature 17.16 °C and annual rainfall of 556 mm, concentrated between October and April.
• Strong north-easterly winds in winter; light to moderate winds in spring and summer.
• Vineyards are sited on slopes to ensure better drainage and sun exposure, beyond the traditional lowland positions.
