Terroir

• Viticulture in Trentino is documented from the Bronze Age to the present day through archaeological finds and historical records.
• The Trentino DOC encompasses 72 communes across 6 valleys, with vineyards ranging from 70 to 700 m above sea level and approximately 7,500 hectares under vine.

• Soils with a porfido matrix in the Valle di Cembra, basaltic bedrock in Isera, Mori, and Brentonico, and scisti-micaceous substrates in the Valsugana impart distinct mineral characters depending on the sub-zone.
