Product characteristics
- Reds: intense cherry-red colour, condensed tannins that contribute roundness, a long finish, and good bottle development.
- Whites: high aromatic expression with floral and fruity notes (esters, lactones) and a characteristic scent of green and ripe apple.
Terroir / wine link
- Surface pebbles, heated during the day and cooled at night by the Cierzo wind, generate diurnal temperature swings of up to 40%, promoting slow ripening and the conversion of acids into sugars.
