• South-eastern Danubian hilly plain; умерено-континентален климат with annual rainfall of 600–650 mm and an active temperature sum >10 °C of 3,500 °C.
• Soils: predominantly grey forest, sandy-clay, and carbonate чернозем — shallow to moderately deep.
• Relief: the Шуменско plateau and the slopes of the Преславска and Драгоевска mountains, cut through by the Камчия and Врана rivers, form a basin.
• The basin microclimate favours full-bodied white wines and fresh reds with aromas of forest fruits.

• Permitted varieties for white wines: Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Червен Мискет, Димят, Traminer, Ркацители.

• The white wines are full-bodied, fresh, and versatile, with aromas of ripe tropical fruits and floral nuances.
• The red wines display vivid colour, aromas of red forest fruits, an elegant body, fresh acidity, and ageing potential.

• The умерено-континентален климат, with an active temperature sum of approximately 3,500 °C (April–October) and 600–650 mm of rainfall, promotes grape ripeness expressed in aromas of tropical fruits.
