Terroir

• Vineyards at 800–1150 m elevation in the north-eastern part of the Paphos district, set within a mountainous landscape.
• Rugged, stony, ασβεστόλιθος soils with an average slope of 10°–25°.
• Mild summers (22–25 °C) and mild to cool winters (6–8 °C); mean annual temperature approximately 15 °C.
• Mean annual rainfall approximately 700 mm, concentrated mainly from December through March.
• Average daily sunshine of approximately 7.5 hours, with minimal rainfall during the summer months.

• The Ξυνιστέρι variety is cultivated with outstanding results in the area, while replanting trials with other varieties have also been undertaken.

• A white wine from Ξυνιστέρι, rooted in a mountain zone at 800–1150 m, where the mild summer shapes the aromatic profile.

• The stony ασβεστόλιθος soils at 800–1150 m elevation define the mountain character of the vineyards.
